What we collect
- Forms. When you use our contact form or Submit a clip form, we receive the name, email address, message and video details you enter. The form sends them to our editorial inbox by email so we can reply or review the clip. We use this information only for that purpose and we do not sell it or share it with third parties, other than the hosting and email providers that process it for us.
- Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider records technical information such as IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request, to keep the site secure and running.
Cookies
This site does not set cookies for readers. Cookies are only used when a member of our team logs in to manage the site.
Content from other websites
- Our pages show video thumbnails from YouTube. Loading these images sends your IP address to Google.
- YouTube and TikTok videos only load after you click play. YouTube videos use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com).
- Embedded posts from other platforms, such as X, Instagram or Facebook, are loaded from those platforms and are covered by their own privacy policies.
Analytics and advertising
We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If we add services such as Google Analytics or Google AdSense, we will update this page before they go live.
How long we keep data
We keep form messages for as long as we need them to reply and for our records. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
